The following pages describe various things you can try out if your turntable isn't working properly. If there's no page here describing the issue you have, or if you carry out the steps within and it doesn't work for you, please contact us at bwt-support@electric-monk.com (or visit our support website) to raise a trouble ticket.

We aim to investigate all tickets within 24 hours of opening them, and we will keep you regularly updated with progress.
