Changes

• Added the ability to use a lower or higher number of microsteps per full step. Lower numbers should allow for increased power to the stepper, albeit with a slight loss of accuracy. It is not recommended to go below 8 microsteps on direct-drive units, as the receiver may fail to calibrate properly. This should not be an issue with a belt drive or gearbox with at least a 3:1 reduction ratio.
  • Note that changing the number of microsteps will clear the receiver's memory, as obviously any configured roads will now be in the wrong places!
  • Note that for users with heavy turntables (where the reduced microsteps might make the difference between a running turntable or not), you may wish to calibrate and do the initial set-up with the bridge off, as the default step settings will try to move the turntable extremely quickly on 4 or 8 microsteps settings.

Bug Fixes

• Display rotation setting is now saved and loaded correctly.
• Completed commands now clear the display correctly
• Fixed a bug where a turntable with configured roads, but no default road set, would crash repeatedly.
• Clearing a turntable configuration & immediately re-loading it into the controller now clears the roads correctly.

Changes

• Added power adjustment for bigger/high friction turntables which were not being turned by the default power settings
• Home sensor can now be active high OR active low (e.g. hall switch). Sensor type is auto-detected on calibration.

Bug Fixes

• Turntable direction could not be reversed on Mechanism screen (attempt to save change was ignored)
